Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.

  • Local, FREE: We deliver for free to all E17 and E10 postcodes on Mondays. Orders need to be placed by Sunday midnight to be delivered on Monday. In the case of a Bank Holiday, the order will be delivered the next working day.

  • UK Standard, £5: sent by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (approx. 2-3 business days)

  • UK Express, £7: sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (approx. 1-2 business days)

  • EU & Switzerland, £15: sent by International tracked & signed 

    Please note that V Goods is not responsible for any additional customs charges, taxes or handling fees that your package may incur upon entering its destination country, so please look into this before placing an order to avoid any surprising fees.

     

    Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at returns@v-goods.com within 14 days of purchase. Please let us know your name, email address, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return in your email. We will then send you instructions on where to send your package. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a trackable postage service and retain the proof of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If you are frustrated because you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
